Intrinsic Training – finding training solutions
We deliver our – Workplace Courses- In-House and as Public Courses throughout the country. All our courses are either In-house i.e. directly to employers on their own site either as a bespoke course which is written specially to cover any training requirement or as a Highfield Qualification regulated course.
Public Courses:
We also regularly schedule courses in different local areas e.g. Lincoln or Hull or Little Weighton. These ‘Open’ Public Courses are open to the public and for employers who cannot facilitate a group of learners being released all at once. So they perhaps two people could attend a public course. Usually our courses are regulated but always certificated by Highfield Qualifications.
Bespoke Courses:
We also deliver bespoke courses and offer certificates for these. We either label these as a company course or an Intrinsic Training Course. Each certificate outlines the subjects covered during the course and the date of the course. As an approved centre for Highfield Qualifications. The courses delivered by Intrinsic Training are certificated by Highfield Qualifications. We deliver Courses this Certificated – Training, nationally. The certificates are recognised by authorities and inspection organisations. Training courses are delivered at levels 1, 2 3 and 4 to meet employer training requirements for people working in different job roles at different levels.
Directly to Employers – In – House:
Courses delivered directly to employers requiring compliance training or specific training to meet internal requirements. These are courses for their own employees on their own site.
This could be a Level 3 Award in Food Safety for Supervisors in Food Manufacturing or some bespoke Root Cause Analysis training.
These training courses can be either a regulated compliance training course or bespoke training developed to meet internal requirements. The regulated courses are certificated by Highfield Qualifications. These range from Level 1 to Level 4 Food Safety for example and can be delivered at a required level for a specific area of the food industry. Level 2 Food Safety for Manufacturing, Retail or Catering. Alternatively we can deliver the Level 3 Food Safety for the Manufacturing, Retail or Catering. In addition we offer the Level 4 Food Safety Management.
We also specialise in Level 2 HACCP for Manufacturing or Catering. The range of further courses all certificated by Highfield and listed on the Regulated Framework of Qualifications are explained below.
Working with Our Customers:
We always tailor the course to include specific company procedures e.g. when delivering HACCP we usually use the company HACCP plan including the flow diagram, control chart and decision tree.
Discuss the course content perhaps, highlighting in detail aspects of a module to meet the company requirements keeping to the main syllabus enabling the same certificated outcome i.e. regulated certification nationally and instantly recognised by inspectors and auditors.
Always Certificated:
The training courses we deliver are always certificated, always with name of the recipient. This makes them instantly nationally recognisable by the inspection authorities and auditing bodies.
Bespoke Training:
Intrinsic Training have the ability to adapt and develop a course syllabus from regulated courses to meet specific requirements for employers.
Perhaps reducing the of a course time overall by trimming the content and of course the cost.
These courses are all issued with an individually named certificate for each attendee the course contents are listed together with the date of the course.
Bespoke courses are developed entirely for meeting the needs of customers. Enabling the training budget to be stretched further.
Scheduled Open Public Courses:
We schedule a lot of ‘open’ public training courses very regularly at the many different locations we book courses. These are open to everyone to attend. The venues are normally smaller and perhaps edge of town. We offer light refreshments with each of the courses.
The courses are regulated and certificated by Highfield qualifications.
Always very memorable with plenty of activities to help with remembering the information. We also supply the text book and all course materials. The cost of the exam is also included in the initial cost. Please refer to our booking terms and conditions.
