The Train to Gain funding which at NVQ level 2 is 100% for each eligible person aims to encourage all businesses and individuals to realise the benefits of training. The idea is to enable adults to achieve a first full Level 2 NVQ qualification and improve skills.
Train to Gain funding is important because without a skilled workforce businesses will not be able to compete; jobs will be lost and fewer people will be able to get the jobs they want.

We specialise in the delivery of these NVQ in setting up and administering NVQ programmes for Blue chip and smaller companies alike.
As we are an "approved centre" in our own right for awarding organisations certificating the NVQs and the short courses we offer we have to meet tight quality assurance requirements.
This is your quality assurance that you and the learners completing the training will receive quality service and "training second to none". We are audited by External Verifiers from the awarding organisations every 6 months. This audit is to ensure we are meeting the required quality standards.
