How do we Measure Results?
We maximise the benefit to everyone who attends a course with us.
It works like this:
· Before their course everyone attending is sent course-specific information.
· At the end of the course each delegate is asked to complete an evaluation of what they have learnt and provide feedback on their view of the course programme.
We compare the post-course data to see how delegates feel they’ve benefited. People attending feel their knowledge and skills have improved after completing one of our courses or QCF training programmes.

The funding available makes QCF programmes 100% funded for each eligible person provided they meet the criteria.
The idea is to enable adults to achieve a first full Level 2 QCF qualification and improve their skills and knowledge.
The 100% funding is important because without a skilled workforce businesses will not be able to compete; more jobs will be lost and fewer people will be able to get the jobs they want.
