We set up, deliver and administer Apprenticeships in Food Production Skills, Meat and Poultry Production Skills, Cleaning and Support Skills, Business Improvement Techniques, Warehousing and Storage Skills in partnership with Blue Chip companies, Government departments, smaller companies and individuals alike. We deliver these programmes across the country.
Scheduled Open to the Public Training Courses
We run courses for the public CIEH Accredited courses Food Safety, HACCP, Health & Safety at venues all over the country, and every year we help very many people become more effective in their jobs. Our courses help people to be more confident and capable, in their job as a result of the knowledge or skills they benefit from. Our courses enable employers meet the regulatory training requirements in the workplace.
Delivering Direct Company Accredited Training Courses
We design and deliver very many Accredited training programmes - Food Safety, HACCP, Health & Safety and bespoke training courses to meet individual organisation requirements each year. We provide expert support at every step of the process, from inception through delivery and evaluation, to ensure our training courses gives employees and their employer the maximum benefit.

How do We Deliver Training Courses and QCF Programmes that Drive Results?
All of Our Training Courses and 100% Fully Funded QCF NVQ Programmes are delivered in an inter-active and engaging way to help people attending create real change. We use a variety of learning styles during each course ensuring we deliver courses to suit everyone attending. Our mix of delivery methods ensures everyone attending takes away as much as they can from each course.
How do we Measure Results?
We maximise the benefit to everyone who attends a course with us.
It works like this:
We discuss the QCF programme with every individual to ensure they are on the correct course, at the correct level 'to aid development'
Before each Training course everyone attending is sent course-specific information
At the end of the QCF programme or training course each delegate and employees (if applicable) are asked to complete an evaluation of providing feedback on their view of the course programme.
We compare the post-course data to see how delegates feel they’ve benefited. People attending feel their knowledge and skills have improved after completing one of our training courses or QCF programmes.

The intrinsictraining.com/qcffunding funding available makes QCF programmes 100% funded for each eligible person provided they meet the criteria.
The idea is to enable adults to achieve a first full Level 2 QCF qualification and improve their skills and knowledge.
The 100% Fully Funded Programmes are important because without a skilled workforce businesses will not be able to compete; more jobs will be lost and fewer people will be able to get the jobs they want.
